Bran Identity Azienda vinicola La Serra
La Serra is a rebranding and packaging project developed during the Packaging course at ISIA Faenza for a winery located in the hills of Castel Bolognese. The identity is rooted in the relationship between the winery and its territory, expressed through a custom detail in the logotype: a star replacing the central arm of the letter “E”. Original illustrations depict the surrounding landscape, combining nature and human presence. The premium positioning is reinforced through wooden packaging inspired by a pre-industrial approach, designed as a refined and reusable object rather than disposable packaging.
La Serra is a rebranding and packaging project developed during the Packaging course at ISIA Faenza for a winery located in the hills of Castel Bolognese, in the hamlet of Serra, from which the winery takes its name. The concept is rooted in the relationship between the product and its territory, translating this connection into a coherent visual identity. The logotype uses The Seasons typeface, introducing a star in place of the central arm of the letter “E”. This distinctive element becomes a recurring feature across the labels and bottle capsules. The illustrations, created by me, depict the surrounding landscape through scenes where nature and human presence coexist, creating a visual language strongly connected to the territory. The winery is positioned as a premium and artisanal product, inspired by an almost pre-industrial approach in which quality takes precedence over quantity. This philosophy is expressed through wooden packaging, chosen for its refined and tactile qualities, but also designed to be reused rather than treated as disposable. Maritime pine trees, a distinctive element of the hills overlooking the sea, become a recurring visual motif, reinforcing the connection between experience, landscape, and place.
